Our story

TIMs Cookies is founded by the Danish-American Tim Pape in Copenhagen on a cold November morning in 1985. Missing the Chocolate Chip Cookies of his home country America, became too much, so Tim decided to open his own bakery.

TIMs cookies quickly became a success and later expanded with a basis in Tims sweet tooth and love for good produce.

Millions of Cooies, Brownies, Bananabread and Romkugler has been sold since the beginning over 30 years ago.

Today, Tim’s bakery is a bit bigger than the 45 squaremeters he started with, but the concept is the same: taste, quality and the best produce are the main values behind the name TIMs.
